Return policy
Most non-perishable gift items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Original packaging intact
- All tags and price stickers attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
All eligible returns must be brought back to our storefront. We do not accept returns by mail. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery
Our local delivery service is intended for floral orders.
Retail gift items are available for local delivery only when purchased with a floral arrangement. Gift items purchased without flowers must be picked up from our shop at Stanley Marketplace.
